VISUAL DEFENCE ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MATHIEW BAIS AND THE EXPANSION OF AMERICAN OPERATIONS

Visual Defence Inc. (VDI), a solution provider of integrated IP communications and management systems to the security and defence markets is pleased to announce the appointment of Mathiew Bais as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Visual Defence, USA Inc. Mr. Bais will manage Visual Defence's operations and projects in the United States. VDI's American Operations have recently expanded to include offices in Dallas, Atlanta and Phoenix. Prior to joining Visual Defence, Mr. Bais served as the President and CEO of Visonic Technologies Ltd., a high technology company that specializes in real time IRFID location including innovative wireless security, automation and control solutions.
