VISUAL DEFENCE TO PRESENT AT IFSEC 2007

Security Convergence Company to Showcase Command & Control Centre Implementation at Stockholm Lokaltrafik


RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO – May 14, 2007 – Visual Defence Inc. (LSE:VDI), the security convergence company, today announced it will take part in IFSEC 2007, the leading global event focusing on the latest trends, products and innovations within the security industry, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham, England from May 21 to May 24, 2007. Visual Defence will exhibit in booth 3086.

At the show, Visual Defence will showcase its Command & Control Centre (3C) platform that leverages existing security systems and telecommunications infrastructure to integrate multiple systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Digital Video Recording, Public Address, Intercom, Building Management and Baggage Handling Systems into one comprehensive, user-friendly solution.

Additionally, Visual Defence CTO Michael Godfrey will participate in two joint speaking sessions at the IFSEC event:

With nearly 100 train stations and more than 2,000 buses, SL recently faced significant challenges from vandalism to employee and passenger safety. These presentations will examine how SL was able to effectively integrate existing and new surveillance systems to enable intelligent surveillance for more effective monitoring and incident management.
