VISUAL DEFENCE ANNOUNCES THE INITIATION OF STAGE II OF THE GTAA'S LESTER B. PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SECURITY OVER IP SOLUTION


Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, June 1, 2005 - Visual Defence is pleased to announce the initiation of Stage II of the GTAA's Lester B. Pearson International Airport Terminal 1 Security over IP Solution. The Terminal 1 project utilizes state-of-the-art infrastructure and solutions to ensure that Pearson will continue to expand its worldwide reputation as a key intercontinental hub in North America. The new facility will accommodate the increasing growth of the Toronto population and provide significant economic impact for the area as a whole. Stage II will see the expansion of Terminal 1 into the new Pier F, with the continued deployment of security infrastructure working in conjunction with Visual Defence's Virtual Matrix System (VMS). "We are very excited about our continued expansion and look forward to the ongoing relationship with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority" noted Stuart Steinberg, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority operates Toronto Pearson International which is Canada's largest and busiest airport. It is anticipated that traffic through the airport will reach 50 million per year by the year 2020.
