The Video over IP solution is designed to enhance the security of VIA’s largest maintenance facility in Montreal. The solution will connect analog camera video streams with VIA’s corporate network using Visual Defence’s Digital Video Storage System (DVSS), a powerful video encoding and recording technology for enterprise applications. By connecting the Video over IP platform to the VIA corporate network, VIA can provide video access for security, management and maintenance personnel across Canada.
