VISUAL DEFENCE TO IMPLEMENT AUDIO VISUAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR CITY OF NANAIMO CONFERENCE CENTER

Richmond Hill, ON. - May 15, 2007 – Visual Defence Inc. (LSE: VDI), the security convergence company, today announced it has been awarded an $800,000 contract to design, supply and install an advanced Audio, Video and Control system for the City of Nanaimo Conference Center.

Upon scheduled completion in April 2008, the conference center, located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, will have 38,000 square feet of available space with the capability to accommodate events for up to 1,300 people.

“The City of Nanaimo Conference Center will have one of the most advanced audio, video and control systems in all of Western Canada,” says Dagan Sadeh, CEO for Visual Defence. “The system has been designed to be extremely easy to use. Users are able to adjust heat, light, sound and video throughout the conference center using touch sensitive custom screens. Additionally, each of the control systems will be integrated into an IP network infrastructure to allow the conference center simplified system control and future scalability.”
