Richmond Hill, ON. - May 15, 2007 â€“ Visual Defence Inc. (LSE: VDI), the security convergence company, today announced it has been awarded an $800,000 contract to design, supply and install an advanced Audio, Video and Control system for the City of Nanaimo Conference Center.
Upon scheduled completion in April 2008, the conference center, located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, will have 38,000 square feet of available space with the capability to accommodate events for up to 1,300 people.

Users are able to adjust heat, light, sound and video throughout the conference center using touch sensitive custom screens.
